Got My Letter Restoring Services-on the 24th

Basically, it says pretty much the same exact statement on their website that I put out in an earlier post, services have been restored due to a court order, and they are appealing the decision. I noticed that it was post marked and dated on the 23rd when the order was given to send it out on the 11th.
