It occured to me yesterday while I was pulling an old copy I had from my case management days that everyone might want to know that the AHCCCS medical policy manual is online and can be accessed. It has some good info on the policys and procedures AHCCCS is supposed to follow, and it has a lot of good info on ALTCS and their policies and processes. Here is the link

There is not too much on DDD in it though, or at least that was left out when they posted it if it was in there to begin with.
It shows chapter 1500 and 1400 are blank and "reserved" but I was able to find them with google

2nd Letter from DES!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle, thank you so much for your updates and creating this blog. Have you or anyone else received a second letter from DES? I did today and I'm a bit perplexed as it was written on March 6 and it says that my son's services ended a month ago...(contradiction to the first letter which said that they end on March 13th). Any ideas?
