There was an injunction/restraining order filed against the state in Maricpoa County Superior Court, there was a little blurb on the news on channel 10, here is the link to the video

I looked up the case minutes, it looks to me like the judge is going to grant the order, but it looks like it will be temporary, it seems that the judge ordered them to go confer and come up with reasonable timelines for the injunction to last, I'm not a lawyer, so I don't claim to be able to interpet them correctly, it's just what it looks like to me. Your understanding is pretty much the same as mine/ours. Its a step in the right direction, but nothing official has changed yet. The injunction was preliminary, and the state asked to have till Wed (tomorrow) for "special considerations". Tomorrow they're supposed to go back to the judge with some sort of plan, which he will either rule on, throw the injunction out the window, or or decide how long it will last.
